I would love to include them in my mobile game. The player would start with bluebirds in the background of their homescreen, however I would like to then offer the user to pay an IAP to swap the birds on their homescreen. Essentially swapping the birds in their garden.
Everything would still be in the app and the asset would never be distributed outside of the app, and you would also be credited.
As long as the assets are used for a game or other software, you're free to use them how you like, including as an in app purchase.

Thanks for the feedback! Vulture would probably be part of a separate pack(Maybe desert animals?), but crow is something I would like to add to this pack. Death animation is something I will definitely need to add ^.^

These are great. I would love to see a crow and a vulture. Also, death animation would be nice if that's something you'd consider.
